Calculate BSA-adjusted z-scores of the ascending aorta and aortic root using data published in 2006 from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Per the authors:

Measurements were made in systole... in the parasternal long axis... from inner edge to inner edge. The ascending aorta was measured at the level of the right pulmonary artery.
